Navratri Festival in Gujarat is the foremost cultural symbol of the state. This year, the Government of Gujarat is celebrating Navratri Festival on an international scale.

As part of the Navratri Utsav celebrations, a festival on Gandhian Philosophy & Khadi is being held at Porbandar from 2nd to 11th October 2003.
